New condominium in Wynwood will partner with Airbnb

Property Markets Group (PMG) and LNDMRK Development will soon launch the sales of a condominium in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami that will include offices in partnership with Airbnb.

The developers have under contract a 1.1-acre parcel located at 2600 N.W. 2nd Ave., currently in the hands of ASG Wynwood LLC, part of ASG Equities based in New York. The seller will retain the commercial portion of the condominium and maintain a minority interest in the residential area of the building.

Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will feature 233 fully furnished condominiums, approximately 2,300 square meters of office space, and 2,415 square meters of commercial spaces on the first floor. Buyers of the condominiums will also receive their own office, with space for a desk, a chair, and a television. Additionally, there will be a shared conference room, lounge, and kitchen for office use. Airbnb will handle the complete management of the property, allowing owners to offer for daily rent both their residential units and their offices (together, not separately).

The studios have a starting price of 500,000 dollars, and the larger units start at 700,000 dollars.

The firm Cube3, based in Miami, was responsible for the design of the project.

Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will offer over 3,000 square meters of amenities, including a garden with spaces for yoga and meditation, steam rooms, saunas, a cold immersion pool, private treatment rooms, a gym, a rooftop pool, and an outdoor bar.
