Michelin adds 6 Miami restaurants to the 2025 guide

Michelin has added six Miami restaurants to its Florida 2025 guide.
The famous global hospitality guidebook revealed its selections statewide on January 15, following evaluations conducted by Michelin Guide Inspectors.
These additions bring the number of Michelin-selected restaurants in the Magic City to 69, a decrease from last year's 75. Of these, 30 restaurants have received a Michelin star or the Bib Gourmand distinction, while the other 39 have been recognized for “good cooking.”
Michelin highlighted that Florida's culinary offerings are influenced by a mix of global flavors. In Miami, Latin American, European, and contemporary cooking styles stand out.
Here are the six restaurants that were added to the Michelin Guide Florida:

Throughout the state, the Michelin Guide has identified 150 restaurants worth visiting. Currently, Michelin inspectors are reviewing restaurants in Miami, Orlando, and Tampa.
