The Miami Grand Prix of F1 will feature more than 65 restaurants.

Apr 15, 2025

More than 65 restaurants will serve fans during this year's Crypto.com Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, event organizers announced, with new and existing vendors representing the culinary diversity of South Florida.

The culinary update, made on April 8, details the food and beverage options for the motorsport championship. The Formula 1 will take place from May 2 to May 4 at the Miami International Autodrome, located at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, at 347 Don Shula Drive.

Participating restaurants include local concepts such as Bodega Taquería y Tequila, Havana 1957, and Miami Slice, as well as international names like Eataly, Zuma, and Bondi Sushi. Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz will also be present, along with brands from other renowned chefs like José Mendín, Karla Hoyos, and Cesar Zapata.

The event is organized by South Florida Motorsports and produced in partnership with Sodexo Live, a sports-focused hospitality services provider based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

In its fourth year, the race is estimated to have generated over a billion dollars in economic impact for the region since its debut in 2022. The 2024 edition attracted over 275,000 attendees, with a television audience in the U.S. of 3.1 million viewers, setting a record for Formula 1 on U.S. television.

“From the beginning, our goal has been to create something more than just a race: it's about providing our fans with an experience that reflects everything Miami represents: a vibrant culture, amazing food, and unforgettable entertainment,” said Tyler Epp, president of the Crypto.com Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix. “We are proud to work with so many iconic and emerging culinary brands to ensure that guests enjoy world-class cuisine as part of their race weekend.”

The organizers also announced the return of the Community Restaurant Program, which will feature 15 local vendors, 67% of which are women-owned. These businesses will serve food in the general admission areas and will include familiar names like Soulfly Chicken and Food Junkies on Wheels.
