The giant of the hotel industry in New York will open a private club at 830 Brickell

An exclusive private rooftop club and restaurant concept will open its doors at 830 Brickell, the modern office tower that will house Ken Griffin's Citadel, Thoma Bravo, Microsoft, and more.
The exclusive members' lounge is led by OKO Group, a Miami-based real estate development firm, and Tao Group Hospitality, a renowned restaurant and nightlife operator behind iconic New York venues like Tao, Marquee, and Beauty & Essex.
A spokesperson for both groups informed the Business Journal that the name of the club has yet to be determined, but it is scheduled to open in 2025 and will feature a Mediterranean restaurant designed for professionals and residents of the Brickell Financial District.
The collaboration combines the expertise of OKO Group, led by its president and CEO Vlad Doronin, and Tao Group, known for operating high-profile venues worldwide.
“This partnership represents a true meeting of minds between two organizations that share a vision to redefine the luxury hospitality industry on a global scale,” commented Doronin. “We will create an elevated experience that reflects the dynamic spirit of the district and sets a new standard for the city and beyond.”
Located in the 724-foot skyscraper designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the venue aims to cater to a district that already houses global tenants such as Microsoft, Citadel, and Kirkland & Ellis.
The upcoming club marks Tao Group's latest venture in Miami, following the success of Casadonna, its collaboration on a waterfront restaurant with Groot Hospitality.
The 830 Brickell office tower is a joint development by OKO Group and Cain International and is part of OKO's broader portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties in South Florida.
